Right to Withdraw from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to Make a Return?

1. Inform us about your decision by e-mail at havva@havva.pl 2. Pack the goods in the original or replacement packaging 3. Send the package to: ul. Opolska 2, 48-317 Korfantów 4. Please send the return within 14 days from withdrawal

Refunds

The refund will be processed within 14 days from receiving the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

Exceptions

The right to return does not apply to goods made to special order or according to the Buyer’s individual specifications.
